Its not just Kashmir, the whole region from Afganistan, North West Frontier Province and Kashmir on both sides of the line of control that is a disturbed region where innocent people have had to migrate.
Just today a missile attack has destroyed a Madrasa near the Afghan border in Pakistan and it is an attack by Pakistan army on fellow muslims. In such a war who is the enemy or who the winner is hard to figure out.

But the disturbance has lasted long and many people have died and suffered for a cause which has not got anywhere.]]> Yes, the disturbance in Kashmir valley is because of conflicting interests of India and Pakistan and the innocent people have been caught up in the crossfire.
